DEPOSITS: To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. Your deposit can be paid via Venmo or invoice through square.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please do your best to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that life happens. Illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations can come up. As a mom myself, I know firsthand that kids get sick and plans sometimes change, so I truly appreciate as much notice as possible. If anything ever comes up on my end I will always give as much notice as possible if I need to reschedule.  Same day cancellations may require a new deposit.

Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment up to two (2) times. After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required to book again.

LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so I can stay on schedule for the rest of my clients.

When booking, please select the service you intend to receive. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each service, so service changes cannot be accommodated on the day of your appointment.

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY: No call, no-show appointments will result in the inability to book future appointments. I value your time and ask that you value mine as well.

PREVIOUS WORK: All new clients to me are considered ‘Initial sessions’, not touch ups or color boosts. If you have had Permanent Makeup done elsewhere you must submit a clear photo and be approved for booking. I only work over other artists work if it is 85-90% faded or nearly all gone. Some cases may require laser removal before proceeding. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS: A contraindication is something that disqualifies you from being a candidate for a service. These include:

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding

Botox within 2 weeks of your appointment

Accutane within the last 12 months

Freshly tanned/burned face

Currently undergoing chemotherapy/radiation

Must be 18+ years old

Must have valid ID
